So there are big things happening! It's August already and I am officially more than halfway done with my Master's degree. Then I will be taking two and a half months off and then attending Capella University to earn my PhD in Education with Professional Studies. I'll be focusing on Organization Leadership and Management. I'm very excited.
That is far in the future though and this weekend holds its share of excitement.
Tonight is our housewarming party. Tony, Wendy, the three girls (Kaylee, Faith, and Emily) along with Rob and Rachel and their two children (Joseph and Anna), Anne and baby Ben, and my Aunt Mary will all be joining us to celebrate our new beautiful home! We are so very excited. Mike will be serving his famous enchiladas with Spanish Rice and I'll be serving the fabulous salad bar that is ever so much a hit with our families and friends.
After celebrating tonight, we are continuing the celebration tomorrow by making a wonderful new addition to the Lamb Family. Sara, a beautiful 11 weeks old Golden Retriever puppy will be coming home to live with us. We are very excited and have been getting the house ready for weeks now. Her crate and toys are all ready for her. I'll definitely post pictures when we bring her home and get her settled. Her face is so snuggly and I cannot wait to welcome her into our arms.
