Today was a super hard day. It was long with work issues, but aside from those, I went to the dentist because I'm having a lot of jaw pain. The doctor said my TMD is flaring back up again. It's due to the grinding of the teeth, which is due to stress. Great. I work 40+ hours a week, am in school full time+, and have a life outside all that! How do I relieve the stress? When I find out, I'll let you know. :-)
