A lot going on

So there is really a lot going on.

Mike has been gone for almost two weeks with the Navy while I pack up the house for us to move AGAIN.  At least this next move will keep us in the same place for at least three years.  We found a great 2 bedroom apartment in Lynnwood and we are really excited to get there.  I am a little nervous to be back in a big city again, but I am excited to be near things to do without spending half the day getting there and back.

In three weeks, I will be done with my Master's Degree.  I will have a Master of Arts in Teaching with Learning and Technology.  So far, I have a 4.0 GPA, so hopefully I can hold on to that as I finish this last class.  Between packing, Mike being gone, and moving, I am really unmotivated to finish, but I know I need to.

Then, in either January or February, I will be starting my PhD in Organization and Management program through Capella University.  I am very excited for that chapter of my life to begin but I am REALLY nervous too.  It's a giant step and I can't help but wonder if I have bitten off more than I can chew...  time will tell.

Sara is growing like a weed.  She is now about 5 1/2 months old.  She'll be 6 months on November 19 (my birthday).  She has doubled in size (and weight) since we first brought her home.  She is a bundle of energy and 150% puppy.  LOL!  We love her.  She misses Mike while she's gone but I think she's adjusting ok.  We had a few hard days but I think that has a lot to do with her world being made undone by the packing.  But she's doing really well.

Anyway.  That's all the news right now.  We're packing and moving and doing school.
